We are seeking a compassionate and highly skilled Neonatal Advanced Practice Provider, either a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) or a Physician Assistant who has completed a Neonatal Fellowship, to join our NICU team. The ideal candidate will be committed to providing exceptional, family-centered care to premature and critically ill newborns. This position includes rotating shift coverage with flexibility to support work–life balance and team needs.

The provider will deliver high‑quality, evidence‑based care to neonates in a Level II/III/IV NICU setting and perform advanced neonatal procedures such as intubation, line placement, and resuscitation when within scope of practice and training.
