About the Role

Ready to make a real difference in your community? We're looking for an exceptional Neighbourhood Facilitator to join our team on a full-time (40 hours per week), fixed-term contract through to June 2027.

You will work collaboratively with our community, Council and Agency colleagues to enable thriving and connected communities. Taking a holistic approach to neighbourhoods, you will lead an organisational shift to community-led development, with a focus on wellbeing. You will optimise collective impact by:
Harnessing local insights, identifying local strengths and understanding local needs and aspirations.
