Responsibilities
We are seeking a negotiator who will be responsible for negotiating and executing various master trading documents on behalf of our clients. The ideal candidate will have a background in negotiating some financial services agreements with clients, with a particular focus on some of the Master Agreements such as ISDA, MSFTA, MRA, and MSLA as well as ancillary agreements such as CDEA, CSA, MRRA and FX Compensation Agreements.
