I'm looking for a friendly tech person to help me install and connect a new printer to my laptop and home network. The printer is wireless and supports both USB and Wi-Fi. I already downloaded the latest drivers, but I’m not sure how to add it to Windows and share it across devices. Ideally, you’d configure default print settings, test print from a couple of devices, and show me basic troubleshooting steps. Comfort with macOS would be a plus, but primarily need Windows setup. Please include any recommendations for network security or if firmware updates are necessary.
