Position Overview
Responsibilities Manage and execute NDT projects onshore and offshore. Lead, mentor, and develop NDT teams.
Ensure compliance with HSEQ and industry standards.
Build client relationships and secure new business.
Support tendering with technical and commercial input.
Qualifications - 15+ years NDT experience (Oil & Gas/Petrochemical/Marine)
- 5+ years in a leadership role (UAE/GCC preferred)
- Deep understanding of the UAE and GCC NDT regulations, ADNOC specifications, and regional safety standards.
- Strong knowledge of RT, UT, MT, PT (+ PAUT/TOFD is a plus)
- Familiar with ASME, API, AWS, ISO, ADNOC standards.
- Valid UAE driving license.
