 Healthcare Australia (HCA) is an international organisation & registered NDIS provider specialising in Core Supports providing In Home and Community Access support to NDIS participants.

 We are currently looking for reliable and outgoing Disability Support Workers for our ongoing shifts in Townsville, to support, engage and motivate our customers to achieve their NDIS goals. 

Please apply only if you are willing to travel up to 30 minutes for shifts. Shifts can vary in length including short/ long shifts and over night.

The Role – Disability Support Worker:
Looking for support workers to commit to regular and consistent shift schedules incl. day/ night, weekend and Public Holiday shifts.

Support individuals of all ages with intellectual impairments, mental health and/or physical disabilities.
