**GVI Inc.** , subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a **Program Manager** to join our Team in **Dahlgren, VA.**

**Program Manager:** The Program Manager (PM) will be responsible for leading a team of approximately 72 personnel with an annual operating budget of $10M. Technical areas of responsibility include test engineering, test execution, test documentation, safety and environmental, facility planning, explosive safety, unexploded ordnance support, database management, maintenance, repairs, upgrades, ordnance certification support, and training.
