Overview

The Navigation Administrator plays a critical role in supporting the Navigator team by managing essential administrative functions. This role enables Navigators to focus on participant outreach, engagement, and support by reducing administrative burden and improving operational efficiency.

You will be responsible for medical record acquisition, data entry, document processing, and maintaining accurate tracking systems to ensure participants receive timely and seamless support.
