**Description**

Burns & McDonnell’s regional Environmental Services group in Chicago is seeking a Natural Resources Section Manager to work with Natural and Cultural Resources Department Manager in providing direction, leadership, and technical guidance to assistant and staff level Employee-Owners within the natural resources discipline.



Areas of responsibility include general roles supporting the overall Natural and Cultural Resources Department to successfully grow the department, facilitate staff development, hire new staff, and manage work assignments. Additional duties include the following:



+ Provide administrative, supervisory and technical direction for Assistant and Staff Level Natural Resources Section personnel.

+ Support or lead portions of Department meetings and Section meetings.
