This position would collect information from different departments to provide comments regarding impacts of watershed function, and fisheries and wildlife population impacts as it relates to energy-related projects across The Deschutes, John Day, Umatilla, Hood River, Willamette and Middle Columbia River basins. Track energy projects through Oregon and Washington provide written comments at various stages of development and provide guidance to tribal leadership to potential impacts to Treaty reserved rights because of these energy projects.
