Summary About the Position: Serves as Natural Resource Program Manager for a large geographical area, which includes a major public lake and surrounding public lands. Responsibilities Coordinate the day-to-day activities of staff. Conduct personnel management activities by assigning work, developing performance plans, rating employees, and counseling team members. Make decisions on technical and personnel problems presented by subordinate supervisors. Identify developmental and training needs of employees and arrange for needed development and training.
