Job Summary
:
Assigned to the Construction organization as the Area Field Engineer (Area FE) for the KTC building. Responsible for the organization, process/procedures, and direction of Construction Field Engineering and support staff. The Area FE reports directly to the Construction Site Manager and is responsible for all Field Engineering activities for the KTC project. #LI-CL1
Major Responsibilities:
Manages all field engineering processes and procedures to ensure project, code and corporate compliance.Develops the Field Engineering organizational structure with input from the Construction Site Manager.Performs or delegates all personnel evaluations for field engineering and support staff.Ensures that field engineering and support staff are developing skill sets that align with Bechtel's and the individual's career goal.Ensures procedures align with Bechtel functional requir...
