To lead a Regional Account Manager field team with full P&L responsibility covering the South of the country. Responsible for delivering Sales, GP, Volume Budgets along with tactical activity and proposition selling to large pharmacy groups of >6 pharmacies owner operated. Building strong customer relationships and having a good internal stakeholder contacts. The role will influence and help shape the strategic direction of the channel, sales tactics and plans to deliver utilising themselves and their team. This is a lead by example position with a coaching for performance approach developing the team to be high quality Account Managers.
