The National Sales Manager is responsible for leading and delivering national sales performance across both retail and food service channels. This role owns revenue delivery, customer growth and overall sales team performance, ensuring disciplined execution, strong customer relationships and consistent service standards nationwide.
With a strong focus on people leadership, customer engagement and execution excellence, the National Sales Manager ensures that sales teams are motivated, accountable and commercially effective across Johannesburg and the Western Cape.
The role plays a pivotal part in expanding food service basket size, onboarding new restaurant customers and ensuring Meze products are proactively driven, well-supported and consistently serviced in market.
