Job Responsibilities:


Lead nationwide sales operations and oversee large, multi-regional teams.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
Manage and mentor sales teams of 10–15 members or more.
Drive revenue growth and enhance team performance across regions.
Monitor market trends and adjust strategies to remain competitive.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders and clients.


Job Requirements:


7–9 years of experience in Sales, preferably in the medical device, healthcare, or pharmaceutical industries.
Experience in Medical Device In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) distributor
