Position Overview
**Key Responsibilities**
**1. Sales Strategy & Performance**
+ Own and deliver **national sales targets** , revenue, and profitability outcomes.
+ Translate country and regional commercial strategy into **clear sales plans, targets, and execution rhythms** .
+ Drive strong forecasting, demand planning, and performance tracking across all regions.
**2. Field Sales Leadership**
+ Lead and develop **Zonal / Area Sales Managers, District Sales Managers, and frontline leaders** .
+ Ensure consistent execution of sales standards, customer coverage, and channel effectiveness.
+ Coach leaders to improve productivity, customer impact, and execution quality
**3. Market & Customer Excellence**
+ Drive customer segmentation, key account focus, and route‑to‑market effectiveness.
+ Partner closely with Marketing, Demand Generation, and Customer Service teams to win at the customer.
