Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute short-term & long-term sales strategies
Define GTM strategies across products, channels & geographies
Lead sales planning, forecasting & target setting
Monitor KPIs, dashboards & sales performance metrics
Drive analytics-based decision making and performance optimization
Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Operations & Product teams
Lead sales process improvements and digital transformation initiatives
Mentor and manage sales strategy & planning teams
