DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES

Under the direct supervision of the National Professional Officer for Reproductive, Maternal, Newborn, Adolescent and Child Health, and the overall guidance of the Team Lead, Noncommunicable Diseases and Healthier Populations, the incumbent will perform the following duties: •Provide technical assistance to MoH and partners on the design and implementation of health promotion programmes and healthcare services for adolescents, including adolescent friendly health services and school health programs.•Provide technical assistance for development of reproductive health policies and programme implementation, including family planning programs, cervical cancer prevention, safe abortion and pre-marriage programmes.•Develop effective working relationships with youth organizations, networks and champions to empower adolescents to lead and partner in health initiatives.•Advocate with key stakeholders for accelerated action on the protection and promotio...
