Purpose
Operate channel business and deliver sales, margin & distribution targets in line with company strategy. To develop the channel sustainably and profitably through establishing and developing sales team, managing and developing distributors.
Key Responsibilities
Sales target achievement Be responsible for Food Service channel sales performance to ensure the sales & margin target is achieved; Dig out opportunity to drive business growth; Participate and contribute to new product development, implement new product launch plan and measure the progress; Propose promotion plan and execute, To establish better brand image through effective promotion plan.
