Together with the FD oversee the full finance and accounting functions of the 3 businesses.
Responsible for financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, financial analysis required to inform the strategic decision-making necessary to enhance profitability.
Follow divisional procedures and controls and ensure compliance with local accounting principles, rules and tax regulations.
Prepare and present reports.
Daily focus on STD costing.
Inter-company sales and contribution.
Balance Sheet recon, SOX reports.
Fixed Assets.
Project Management.
Internal controls and B/S recons.
Payroll review.
Month-end closes.
Hedging, currency management and cash forecasting.
