National Activations Manager Makati City (PH) Sales & Marketing 40+

Leads and manages in-store and on-ground activations , including sampling, push selling, cooking demos, and trade conventions, as well as internal events (NCC, NPD launches), to deliver meaningful shopper and consumer engagement and bring our brands to life.

The Activations Manager is responsible for the end-to-end management of in-store and on-ground activations, from planning and execution to KPI monitoring and post-activity evaluation. The role plays a key part in building brand awareness and driving product trial across multiple brands and platforms, ultimately leading to conversion, offtake, and shopper/consumer loyalty.
