The Role

• Leading and inspiring – Manage a high-performing team of National Account Managers (NAMs) and National Account Executives (NAEs), supported by cross-functional indirect reports, to achieve strategic partnership status with key Discounters.
• Strategic leadership – Craft and implement the Discounters channel strategy, unlocking new commercial opportunities and enhancing the company's position in this competitive market.
• Relationship excellence – Cultivate and strengthen key customer relationships, ensuring alignment of operational capabilities to deliver exceptional results.
