Key Responsibilities

• Smart Services Support: Support the implementation and coordination of Smart Services initiatives under the NADI programme, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations and service delivery.
• Reporting & Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with third‑party vendors to ensure timely submission of required reports, follow up on deliverables, and support communication between stakeholders.
• Data Verification & Validation: Verify and validate reports within the NADI eSystem (NES) to ensure accuracy and completeness, supporting data quality checks and proper documentation.
