Overview
Our client's Digital Solutions team is expanding MyWall, a patient facing digital platform installed on bedside tablets and TVs across inpatient units. MyWall enables patients to view their care team, check estimated discharge dates, order meals, log into MyChart, watch TV and streaming services, and access other digital services designed to enhance the inpatient experience.
The MyWall platform is currently live in 2,022 beds, with plans to expand to 200–250 additional beds across Brooklyn, Long Island, and Manhattan. Due to internal resource shifts, the team is seeking a Project Coordinator / Analyst to lead and execute the operational and logistical components of these expansions.
