About the Role

MK College Group have an exciting opportunity for a creative Music Lecturer to join the education team based at HMP Grendon on a part time basis. This position will provide an opportunity to develop a curriculum that complements the Therapeutic community at the prison.

Responsibilities

• Deliver music skills, technology and appreciation sessions to learners within the prison.
• Incorporate non‑accredited session mini‑qualifications focused on personal and social development.
• Engage with hard‑to‑reach learners, helping them build confidence, communication and soft skills.
• Use music as a tool for personal development and support learners to progress into further learning or rehabilitation pathways.
