About The Job

Hours per week: 2.09 (Saturday mornings)

Contract type: Permanent

In this role, you’ll deliver high-quality woodwind teaching to pupils of all abilities, from complete beginners through to experienced musicians. You’ll work with groups, leading ensembles of varying sizes and helping students develop their skills, confidence, and enjoyment of music.

A key part of the role will involve conducting and directing a wide range of ensembles, including woodwind groups, saxophone ensembles, orchestral sectionals, funk bands, and beginner recorder or woodwind groups. You’ll bring energy and structure to rehearsals, creating an environment where students can progress while enjoying making music together.
