We are seeking an experienced Murex L2 Production Support Engineer to provide functional and technical support for Murex and related Global Financial Markets (GFM) applications.

Notice period: Immediate / 15 days

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 production support for Murex and GFM applications to ensure business continuity and system stability.
• Support Front Office, Back Office, Finance, Risk, and Credit teams, including direct interaction with traders during market hours.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents affecting trading, risk management, finance, and downstream systems.
• Coordinate with development teams, infrastructure teams, and external vendors for issue resolution and root cause analysis.
