       Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of applicable Litigation experience
• Licensed, and in good standing with the New Hampshire Bar
• Additional New England state bar admissions are a plus
• Strong litigation, transactional, deposition, motion practice, and courtroom experience preferred
• Ability to independently manage files and maintain strong client relationships
