Multi Trader (Temp to Perm)

Pay: £21.40 per hour – CIS & Van and fuel card provided.

Day to Day

• Carrying out disrepair and larger scale jobs in social housing properties.
• Working in both void and occupied properties.
• Providing good customer service, meeting and greeting tenants.
• Using a PDA for job details.

Qualifications

Experience as a maintenance operative, multi‑skilled or multi‑trade operative, carpenter, joiner, UPVC specialist, plumber, plasterer, or handyman with work in social housing, housing associations, domestic or council properties, or MOD.
