Multi Trader
Build Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Multi Trader for maintenance work around domestic properties in Staines-upon-Thames.
The Multi Trader will be a van-mobile operative, receiving a van, fuel card, and any specialist tools required.
Hours: 08:00-17:00, Monday to Friday
Responsibilities of the Multi Trader:
Carry out a variety of repairs and maintenance in occupied and void propertiesUndertake tasks including carpentry, plumbing, plastering, tiling, and painting as requiredRecord all jobs and tasks using the PDA systemFollow Health & Safety policies; use provided PPEMaintain clean tools and equipment; report defects to supervisor About you as the Multi Trader:
Experienced Multi Trader with a range of trade skillsRecognised trade qualifications (ideal but not essential)Full UK Driving Licence
