Daniel Owen are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi-trader with a strong background in social housing to join their team covering the Medway / Kent area.

• Salary £38,000
• Van and fuel card
• 28 days holiday + bank holidays

Responsibilities

• Carrying out general maintenance on void properties
• Carrying out repairs, including internal and external door fitting, kitchen and bathroom refits, plastering etc.

Qualifications

• Must have social housing/council experience
• Must have a full UK driving license
