Role Overview:
We are urgently recruiting experienced Multi Trade Operatives to support void property works, ensuring homes are ready for new tenants.
Key Responsibilities:
Carrying out a variety of trade works with a focus on carpentryKitchen and bathroom fitting/repairsGeneral maintenance and refurbishment tasksWorking efficiently alongside other trades on siteEnsuring properties are completed to a high standard and within deadlines Requirements:
