Multi Skilled Operative Required - West London

We are looking for an experienced Multi Skilled Operative to carry out refurbishments and general maintenance works across Local Authority properties in West London.

The successful candidate will be comfortable working independently, managing their own time on site, and delivering a high standard of finish across a range of trades.

Key Duties

* Strip out and remove old kitchens and bathrooms

* Install new kitchens and bathrooms, including fitting units, worktops, sanitary-ware and fixtures

* Flooring installation and repairs

* Tiling to walls and floors

* General carpentry, including first and second fix

* Plumbing works connected to kitchen and bathroom installations

* Minor electrical works where possible (e.g. isolating, reconnecting fittings)

* Patch plastering and making good

* Painting and decorating

* Making good and finish...
