About the Role
:You will be responsible for delivering reactive repairs and maintenance across occupied social housing properties within the wider London and Essex patch.
Carrying out day-to-day repairs in occupied social housing properties
Completing carpentry, plumbing, plastering, tiling, and painting and decorating tasks
Diagnosing faults and identifying further repair requirements
Ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
Working professionally and respectfully in residents’ homes, always delivering excellent customer service
Managing your own workload
Accurately recording job details and completion notes using a PDA
Maintaining a company vehicle in good working order
Working independently while contributing positively to the wider team
