We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Multi-Skilled Finishing Snagger / Operative to provide temporary cover on a busy new build housing development in Crewe. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with a strong eye for quality and experience in finishing works on residential sites.

Carrying out snagging and finishing works onpleted plotsEnsuring all properties meet high quality standards prior to handoverWorking from snagging lists and closing out defects efficientlyLiaising with site management and other trades on-siteMaintaining a clean and safe working environmentWhat you'll need to succeed
Proven experience in a similar snagging or finishing role on new build housing sitesMulti-trade skill set ( basic joinery, painting, plaster patching, tiling, etc.)Own tools and PPECSCS Card (essential)
