Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 (depending on experience) + Vehicle + call-out pay

We are looking for a reliable and self motivated Maintenance Operative with multi trade skills to carry out a variety of repairs and maintenance tasks across residential andmercial properties.You’ll need to be organised, work well independently, and provide high quality work while delivering good customer service.
Key Responsibilities

Carry out general maintenance and repair work across properties

Perform a range of tasks including:CarpentryPlumbingPainting and decoratingPlastering and tilingGroundworks and external maintenance

Respond to tenant enquiries professionally

Carry out property safety checks ( fire, water safety, hazards)

Maintain high standards of health and safetypliance
