Position Overview
**Key Responsibilities:**
**1. Maintenance Operations**
+ Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of hotel facilities and equipment
+ Handle electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry-related tasks
+ Ensure all rooms and public areas are in good working condition
**2. Guest Service Support**
+ Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests and complaints
+ Ensure minimal disruption to guests while carrying out repairs
+ Coordinate with Front Office and Housekeeping for room readiness
**3. Equipment & Systems**
+ Monitor and maintain HVAC systems, generators, lighting, and water systems
+ Perform routine inspections of plant rooms and critical equipment
+ Maintain logs and records of maintenance activities
**4. Safety & Compliance**
+ Follow safety procedures and ensure compliance with hotel policies
+ Adhere to fire, health, and safety regulations
