Responsibilities, aka, what we’d like you to deliver :

●Own end-to-end operations for a cluster of 8 - 12 dark stores, ensuring seamless

execution from inbound to dispatch.

● Drive excellence across inbound, putaway, picking, packing, and last-mile dispatch

processes with strict adherence to SLAs.

●Own and optimize critical store KPIs - putaway TAT, receiving adherence, picking/packing

efficiency, defect rates, damages, shrinkage, and overall cost metrics.

●Ensure high inventory accuracy across stores through strong control mechanisms,

audits, and loss-prevention initiatives.

● Drive quality compliance across handling, storage, and dispatch processes while

standardizing SOPs across all nodes.
