For a Germany-based Multi-Site Business Manager role focused on airport staff / Travel Retail, Charlotte Tilbury is looking for a commercially driven leader with strong people management and travel retail expertise. This role will be based in Frankfurt and oversee key German airport locations including Berlin, Frankfurt, and Munich. The MSBM oversees a portfolio of airport counters. The role requires frequent travel (approximately 60%) to ensure strong team leadership, retailer alignment, and execution consistency across locations.
