Multi-Family Marketing Specialist
**This position is in-person at our Corporate Office in Farmington Hills, MI, and is not eligible for remote work.**
THE ROLE
This role is for someone who is comfortable working with data and equally comfortable presenting it to an owner. You will own the analytics function for our marketing department, which includes building and maintaining the KPI framework, producing regular reporting, and translating performance data into clear recommendations. A secondary but meaningful part of this role involves handling routine internal and external calls and performance reviews professionally and independently.
