As a Multi Crew Cooperation (MCC) Instructor at Cathay, you will deliver essential MCC training to cadets and direct entry pilots, focusing on teamwork and communication in multi-crew settings. Under the supervision of a qualified mentor assigned by the Simulator Training Manager, you will observe and teach, enhancing your instructional skills. Additionally, you will participate in various projects, office tasks, and workshops as needed, contributing to the overall effectiveness and excellence of the training program.
