Job Description
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production equipment, with a primary focus on electrical systems, controls, instrumentation, and automation. This role also supports mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and general maintenance needs to minimize downtime, improve equipment performance, and maintain a safe work environment.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical issues on industrial production equipment, including motors, drives, sensors, control panels, instrumentation, and related components.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automated systems.
• Troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment and assist with identifying issues related to inputs, outputs, sensors, relays, motor controls, and control logic.
