Responsible for combination of process and equipment engineering supporting production ramp by process qualification, productivity improvement and tool release Typically performs one or more of the following in capacity of either an individual contributor (as directed and/or independently), or as a manager:
• Support production ramp by process qualification, productivity improvement and tool release
• Create, analyze and review technical charts and data (such as SPC/DOE/split lot/Space/Si-view/JMP/Klarity)
• Perform process matching between equipment's to reduce variations for better tool matching
• Identify chronic issues, establish improvement programs/procedures for resolution
• Work with cross function teams to address yield improvement, excursions and best practices across fabs
