Prepare drawings and BOM for avionics chassis, circuit card assemblies (CCA), printed circuit boards (PCB) and cable harness designs for space and terrestrial applications

Prepare Cable Assembly drawings using NX or AutoCAD as per the company's identified standards.

Understand the client’s requirements

Suggest new designs that meet the requirement

Design cable mechanisms for rotary interfaces

Perform cable routing and 3D modelling

Integrate the designs taken from electrical engineering, materials, thermal and structural analysis in 3D models

Perform design related activities for avionics chassis designs with considerations for EMI/EMC, thermal, structural and mass and volume constraint

Develop production, assembly and parts list drawings

Develop standard manuals, processes and templates
