Position Overview
Job Scope:
- Develop and submit quarterly promotional plans aligned with sales targets and brand strategy.
- Analyze trading terms and commercial performance of assigned key accounts to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare and present monthly sales performance reports and actionable insights per account.
- Lead negotiation and resolution of commercial issues with key accounts in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop, propose, implement, and evaluate promotional programs to drive sales growth and market penetration.
- Negotiate trading terms and commercial agreements to ensure sustainable profitability.
- Conduct regular business reviews and maintain strong strategic relationships with key accounts.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Operations and related teams to ensure smooth execution of promotional activities.
- Manage and control promotional budgets effectively to ensure optimal ROI.
