Job Title: Member Service Representative (Remote Contact Center)Job Description
The Member Service Representative responds to inquiries and requests from members and other individuals in a high-volume, 24/7 structured contact center. In this role, you provide accurate information about financial products and services, perform account transactions, and deliver an exceptional member experience through active listening, strong communication, and skilled use of multiple systems. You support a wide range of account types and help identify additional products and services that may meet membersβ financial needs.
Responsibilities
+ Respond to inbound phone calls from members and other individuals in a high-volume, schedule-driven contact center environment.
+ Handle back-to-back calls for the majority of each shift, including extended periods of up to four hours of continuous call-taking between breaks.
