Key Responsibilities Automation Development. Build and maintain automation workflows using Halo PSA, Datto RMM, Hudu, and other MSP tools. Design and implement automation solutions for clients using n8n as the primary automation platform. AI & LLM Integration. Utilize AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Claude, and others to enhance processes. Work with Large Language Models (LLMs) to train, fine-tune, and create instruction sets. Develop and deploy AI agents using Copilot Studio or similar platforms. API Integrations. Design and implement integrations between systems using APIs to streamline workflows. Consultancy. Provide expert advice and consultancy to clients on automation strategies and AI adoption. Skills & Experience Proven experience in MSP environments and familiarity with PSA/RMM tools.
