We are providing a full-stack solution that includes high-quality EPC services and seamless financing. As we expand our footprint, we are looking for high-energy State Heads to build our franchise network and drive direct-to-customer solar adoption. The Role As a State Head, you will be the face of Aerem in your area. Your mission is two-fold: identifying and onboarding EPC Franchise Partners and driving direct sales to MSME clients . You will bridge the gap between technical electrical feasibility and financial viability.
