Job Summary

As MSAT Senior Scientist, you will be responsible for leading and supporting technology transfers, scale‑up activities, and process validation for drug product manufacturing, with a strong focus on Pre-Filled Syringes (PFS). You will act as a subject matter expert for drug product technologies, contribute to process and technology development, and support operational excellence across the site. The role combines strategic thinking with hands‑on involvement on the shopfloor, close client interaction, and cross-functional collaboration.
