Job Description
Responsible for gathering customer input and insight for products and applications in development as well as current products/applications in the Services Lifecycle business. This input is used to enhance our product/applications development to ensure we are building customer centric solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing clinical and technical presales and post-sales support MR lifecycle products – including options, upgrades and retrofit for existing GE MR install base.
- Driving GTM execution of MR lifecycle products in partnership with Service Account Managers and portfolio segment leader – assessing install base, identifying targeted sites, building configurations, and engaging customers to position the solution.
- Engaging with customer stakeholders to develop key opinion leaders and to drive upsell and cross sell opportunities from existing install base.
